A SMART TRICK FOR ATTRACTING HIGHER PAYING ADSENSE ADS

There are no guarantees in life, so I don’t guarantee that following these tips will bring you more money every time. However, I do guarantee that they will greatly increase your chances of pulling more of the top-paying AdSense ads to your site than if you don’t follow these suggestions.

Enough with the disclaimers, let’s get down to the business of making money. Google lets advertisers bid anywhere from a minimum of .05 per click right up to a whopping $100. It should be pretty obvious that you’re not going to get rich running .05 cent ads on your site, but getting a few $100 ads, or even some $10, $20, or $30 ads can’t be a bad thing, right?
Now the problem is, Google is pretty closed-mouthed about who is paying what for their ads, and there is no real way to determine which words pay the most per AdSense click.

But ah, far away in a parallel universe we find another Pay-Per-Click provider called Overture. It seems that Overture is less sensitive about releasing their top-priced words and anyone who cares to find out what web sites are paying for words and phrases can do so by simply using Overtures tattle-tale special pricing tool (http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/). And it couldn’t be easier to use. You simply type in a key word or phrase and the tool returns a list of advertisers using that word and how much they are paying. It even shows you the actual ad.
Oh what a treasure trove of wealth-grabbing results this can be if you know what can be done with that priceless information.
Consider this possibility
Any key word or phrase that’s worth big bucks on Overture is probably worth big bucks on Google as well, maybe even more, right? So try this experiment:
Enter the phrase “SEO Services” without the quotes in the Overture tool (http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/). When I entered that phrase on the day I wrote this article, I was found a company called SEO Inc. that was willing to pay $8.01 per click, followed by SEO Advantage at $8.00, and Online Web Consultants at $6.50. Other bidders appeared below them in the $3.00 range straight on down to some who wouldn’t pay more than a dime per click.
Now, if a company is willing to pay that much money for a click on Overture, it is probably willing to pay that or more on Google. Even if that particular company isn’t advertising on Google, you can be pretty sure that the same key phrase is drawing near the same bid price from other companies who do advertise on Google. So what that means is there is no way that you can possibly afford NOT to have some web pages posted somewhere that are targeted to those sweet-paying words.
All you have to do is use Overture’s pricing tool to find the highest-paying key words that are related to your site and then optimize those words to start pulling similar ads. Some common stop words are and, the, because, this, that and there. The second thing wrong with the keywords is the word “shoes”. It is repeated four times. You do not need to repeat shoes. The corrected keywords should read; shoes, brown, blue, red. The search engine will know you are offering shoes and will match the color with the word shoe. Repeating “shoes” will just penalize your site.

One final tip on using keywords. Make sure you use your top keywords in the TITLE of your site as well as in the description tag. Do not load the title with keywords. These are the first places the engines will scan. Your description tag is usual what is displayed on search engines when relevant keywords are typed in. So, be sure they are there. Do not just type in key word phrases. No one will know what your site is about. What is the point of coming up in rank if no one understand the description.

This is what we did. When our balance on our mortgage reached $51,000 our credit union was offering home equity loans at a low interest rate with no closing costs. You did have to keep the line of credit open for two years or face a $250 fee, which was fine. We realized that we would do well by refinancing our mortgage to that home equity loan.

Having a home equity loan gives you the freedom to be more aggressive in your payments on the principal. If you experience a financial setback and happen to need some of the money you have already put into the loan you can take it back out with no penalties, only benefits. You will have saved yourself the interest on the extra money for the period between the payment and withdrawl. You cannot do that with a conventional mortgage.

Another advantage of our home equity loan was that the mandatory monthly payment was a fraction of the principal. As our balance went down, our monthly payments did too. We could now afford to have a bad month, and we could still make the payment without much stress on our budget.

• Paying off high interest loans (credit cards) with a much lower interest loan, showing less outstanding loans on your credit and a less number of payments at bill time.

• If you pay only the minimum payment stated on your revolving credit card, in the average case, it can take up to 30 years or more to pay off the balance of $5000. Most mortgages are refinanced every 5 years or less on average, due to increased home value, or moving.

• When lowering your monthly out-go, it's interesting to see what % of an increase that affords you with your current income. As little as $400 savings per month that you get to keep can mean a substantial "raise" you can give yourself...and you pay no more taxes on it!

Become a foreigner. Canada and the UK have many directories for websites of companies based in those countries. Can you get a business address in one of those countries?

Newsletters. Offer articles to ezine publishers that archive their ezines. The links stay live often for many years in their archives.

First come, first served. If you must have image links in your navigation bar, include also text links. However, make sure the text links show up first in the source code, because search engine robots will follow the first link they find to any particular page. Multiple domains. If you have several topics that could each support their own website, it might be worth having multiple domains. Why? First, search engines usually list only one page per domain for any given search, and you might warrant two. Site map. A big site needs a site map, which should be linked to from every page on the site. This will help the search engine robots find every page with just two clicks. Pengaruh banyaknya halaman untuk pagerank. Ternyata semakin banyak halaman yang kita buat di website dan google akan mendongkrak pagerank kita?! Tergantung dan tentu saja..!!

Sebelumnya kembali perlu diperhatikan adalah, pagerank ditentukan untuk setiap halaman akumulasi pagerank berbanding lurus dengan jumlah halaman (dengan catatan website atau blog tidak mendapat kontibusi ke/dari halaman lain). Kenapa saya bold dan underline? karena ini variabel penting dari pengaruh konsep jumlah halaman ini dan akan dijelaskan di bawah.

Dari sini dapat disimpulkan setiap penambahan halaman juga akan menambah akumulasi pagerank website atau blog tersebut. Untuk nilai per-halaman (bukan akumulasi pagerank) sangat ditentukan oleh struktur link website atau blog tersebut.
Misalnya: struktur hirarki, yang membuat halaman yang paling dalam memiliki link ke halaman diatasnya atau halaman index, sedangkan halaman index tidak memiliki link langsung ke halaman pada hirarki paling dalam, maka google pagerank tertinggi dari website tersebut dapat dipastikan adalah halaman index. Dan secara otomotis halaman dalam hirarki yang paling dalam akan memiliki pagerank yang paling rendah.. (struktur ini baik jika anda bisa dan hanya butuh mengoptimasi halaman index anda)

Kembali pada poin yang digaris-bawahi di atas, sebuah website atau blog, (apalagi yang dalam proses optimasi) sudah pasti sangat membutuhkan inbound link dari situs lain untuk meningkatkan pagerank. Kontribusi pagerank dari inbound link ini akan didistribusikan ke semua halaman web yang anda miliki yang besaran yang didapat tiap halaman kembali ditentukan struktur link website.
Secara kasarnya jika kita mendapat kontribusi dari inbound link sebesar 1 pagerank, nilai itu akan dibagi kesemua halaman website kita, bukan hanya halaman yang menerima inbound link. Dari sini juga dapat kita lihat, setiap penambahan jumlah halaman pada website atau blog, akan memperbesar faktor pembagi tersebut. Penurunan kontribusi pagerank dari inbound link berbanding lurus dengan jumlah halaman yang kita tambahkan.

Dengan ini, jangan salah diasumsikan untuk tidak menambahkan halaman website bisnis anda, atau menambah posting pada blog anda. Karena sebuah wesite yang fresh, sering diupdate juga disenangi oleh search engine.
Solusinya adalah, setiap penambahan halaman pada website anda harus juga diusahakan penambahan baclink ke situs anda.
Semakin besar website yang anda miliki semakin banyak backlink yang ada perlukan agar keseluruhan halaman website anda memiliki pagerank yang merata (tidak hanya index yang memiliki pagerank tinggi tetapi halaman lain pagerank-nya sangat rendah).

(hehehe..) akan DIHAPUS TANPA SISA. Perhatikan juga file jenis apa saja yang diperbolehkan diupload. Misalkan GEOCITIES.COM. Mereka tidak mengizinkan user mengupload file yang mengandung VIRUS. Jika kamu lakuakn hal itu, kamu akan mengalami nasib yang sama dengan sevenC. Dan parahnya, yang dihapus bukan hanya file Virusnya saja, tapi SEMUA FILE YANG SUDAH KAMU UPLOAD.
